At BhimaMarkt, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfying shopping experience.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped or delivered.
After an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer an option.

Returns

Given the nature of our products (groceries, food items, and perishables), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the items have been delivered, except in these cases:

• The product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

• The product was expired or spoiled at the time it was delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery along with a photo and your order number.

Refunds

Once your claim is verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–7 working days.
There will be no refund processing fees charged to you.
